Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items on sale or marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

    • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.


    Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Soovira is not responsible for lost return shipments

      Damaged or Incorrect Items

      If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly
